When I visted Klout last, more specifically KLOUT PERKS, and I came upon this page listing all the current Perks offered. The only one that really caught my eye was for the Secret deoderant. I'm a big fan of Secret deoderant. Secret keeps me from smelling like limburger cheese. So I figured I'd go ahead and click on the link.
I made real sure I checked up on all the disclaimers for anything to alert me that this might be some sort of scam. I didn't find anything. I clicked on the link that said "I'm In" and the next thing I knew, this form pops up and it was short and to the point, basically just asking me for my mailing address. After I filled it out, I got another message.
Congratulations! You're all set!
Your years supply of Secret Clinical Strength Waterproof protection will be arriving in 1-2 weeks….
There was also this little blurb at the end of the message:

So I posted something about how I could share with my friends. I'm assuming not one of my Facebook friends actually clicked on the link because no one left a comment about it. Which sucks! Because I'm a giver…or a sharer. I like that sort of thing.
Anyway, guess what! I woke up to find a package for me from none other than Klout Perks. And sure enough, here's what was in the box…
