I used to watch a lot of foreign films back when I was a single mom. The kids would be in bed by 9:00 and that left just enough time to watch a good (or not-so-good) film before heading off to bed myself. Since I remarried, it's rare that I get a chance to do that. Most of the films I watch these days, are films the whole house has agreed to watch. I need to remedy that.
O-M-G! That was so good y'all! Although it wasn't necessary to see the first one, I think seeing the first one made it even better for me. The two together are going down as a couple of the scariest movies I've seen.

I haven't gotten around to seeing all the movies I wanted to this summer. The few I will be Netflixing (I declare "netflixing" a word from this day forward) include: Letters to Juliet, Shrek 4 Forever After, The A-Team, and Grown Ups. There are a couple more, but those are going in my Netflix Que. Here's a quick and dirty summer movie review list of ones I have seen this summer. As much as I love seeing a movie when it first comes out and on the big screen, I'm really starting to steer away from movie theaters. There are so many ways to see a movie these days. We subscribe to Netflix and have for years now. The movies may be a month old by the time they're offered on Netflix, what's a month? Do I really have to see movies when the first come out? Is it really worth it?
